You always followed through. When we first met you and I signed your guest log, you contacted us right away before the other realtors did. When we weren't sure if we wanted to continue with the house hunting search, every week you provided us a long list of potential homes when the other realtors provided us with only 1 short list. Whenever I had questions (and boy, did I have a lot of questions!), you always quickly responded to my questions in a profesional and prompt manner; you never belittled us.
